THE Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) is planning to set up barrier-free toll booths in all expressways within the next two to three years.
"For barrier-less toll booths, we are looking at a two- to three-year period from now. We are crafting the policy document for the implementation," Alvin Carullo, executive director of TRB, said.
