CORPORATIONS have until July 11 to file their latest annual financial statements (AFS) and general information sheets (GIS), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said.

Memorandum Circular 1, Series of 2025, issued last March 3, set the deadline for the filing of AFS and GIS this year.
