The easterlies will continue to prevail across the country for Saturday, March 15, bringing scattered rain showers or isolated thunderstorms, state weather bureau Pagasa said in its early morning forecast for the next 24 hours.
It said that Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
