Duterte asks SC to stop PH from helping ICC in probe

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court received on Tuesday a petition from former president Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa challenging the Philippine government's cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The Petition for Certiorari and Prohibition, filed at 4:27 p.m., seeks to prevent government agencies from assisting in any ICC investigation related to the country's anti-drug campaign.
