(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines — Former president Rodrigo Duterte was arrested on Tuesday for alleged crimes against humanity, Malacanang said.
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) Manila received a copy of the warrant of arrest from the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Duterte on Tuesday.
