Some parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms due to the shear line affecting Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon, while the northeast monsoon (amihan) is prevailing over the northernmost part of the island, state weather bureau Pagasa said early Monday morning, March 10.
It also said that the easterlies will prevail over the rest of the archipelago.
