TRADE Secretary Cristina Roque has indicated support for moves to grant a congressional franchise to Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service, citing the need to improve connectivity in the Philippines.
In an Instagram post, Roque said that she met with Starlink executives at the headquarters of parent firm SpaceX in Hawthorne, California last week to discuss expansion plans and challenges faced in the country.
