PH forges defense ties with more allies

THE Philippines is strengthening its defense ties with allies to include Canada and Sweden.

The Canadian Embassy in Manila said Saturday Manila can expect closer defense cooperation with Canada once the Status of Visiting Forces Agreement (Sovfa) enters into force.
