THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Water Resources Management Office (DENR-WRMO) has launched the 'Wag Pataksaya Hotline to help address consumers' water concerns by facilitating proper action from water service providers (WSPs).

According to Dr. Carlos Primo David, WRMO head and DENR undersecretary for Integrated Environmental Science, the 'Wag Pataksaya Hotline is an automated system that aims to connect the public to WSPs, ensuring that their concerns are heard by the authorities and delivered to WSPs efficiently.
