THE Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has postposed the implementation of capital expenditures (capex) for six power transmission projects of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP), citing the need for further assessments.
"The projects were deferred for further discussion because we have questions for our technical team to work on. These include the assessment of the line requirements, impact on constraints, and the like," said ERC Chair and CEO Monalisa Dimalanta.
