The Northeast Monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Luzon while the easterlies will affect Visayas and Mindanao this Tuesday, Feb. 25, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, Pagasa said that Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
