Balanga bishop ordained on EDSA anniversary

MANILA, Philippines — Rev. Rufino Sescon was ordained Bishop of Balanga, Bataan in a ceremony presided by Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas at the Manila Cathedral on Tuesday.

Sescon was appointed bishop of the Diocese of Balanga, Bataan on December 3, 2024 by Pope Francis.
