Amihan will bring light rains to parts of Luzon —Pagasa

Northern and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rains due the northeast monsoon (amihan), state weather bureau Pagasa said Monday morning.

In its 4 a.m. weather update, Pagasa said that Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region in extreme northern Luzon, and Aurora province in Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
