GMA Network's advocacy, Panata Kontra-Fake News, won Gold in the Best Use of Partnerships category at the 60th Anvil Awards on Jan. 28 at the Manila Hotel. Accepting the award was Oliver Victor Amoroso, SVP and head of GMA Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy.

Launched on National Press Freedom Day 2024, the multi-platform initiative combats disinformation by promoting awareness, critical thinking, and public engagement. GMA Chairman Atty. Felipe Gozon emphasized truth's role in nation-building: 'Truth is not always the most viral, but it remains the best story to tell.'
