Meralco maintenance work to disrupt service in some areas in Metro Manila, 4 provinces

MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Quezon, and Cavite will be hit by power interruptions because of maintenance work, Meralco said.

In Malinta, Valenzuela City, there will be no electricity on January 24 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. because of the upgrading of electricity facilities and installation of electricity poles. Affected areas include a portion of Masipag St. from near Matiyaga St. to and including Matipuno, Pinagpala, Matimyas and Magiliw Sts. in Pinalagad.
