Ex-village head seeks help on flagged deal

A FORMER barangay captain in this city is seeking the Office of the Ombudsman's assistance regarding a disallowed transaction of the Iloilo City government under the administration of former mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog.

Amado Jubelag Hollero of the Our Lady of Lourdes, Jaro district, wrote to the Ombudsman in Iloilo City on Feb. 5, urging the office to take action on a P39.7 million disallowed transaction flagged by the Commission on Audit (COA).
