QUARRYING operations in the city of Naga and San Fernando town have been suspended for 30 days as the Cebu provincial government conducts an environmental review and risk assessment.
Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia issued cease-and-desist orders (CDOs) on Monday against Apo Land and Quarry Corp. (ALQC) in Naga and Solid Earth Development Corp. (SEDC) in San Fernando.
