CJH lessees need new contracts with BCDA

BAGUIO CITY — Sub-lessees of Camp John Hay Development Corp. (CJHDevCo) are being encouraged to enter into fresh resi-dential lease agreements with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).

The BCDA also announced Thursday it is extending assistance for CJHDevCo sub-lessees by helping them explore legal reme-dies following a Supreme Court ruling mandating the government agency to take over the 247-hectare CJH property from CJHDevCo.
