SN Aboitiz Power gets funds for BESS projects

ABOITIZ Power Corp. (AboitizPower) on Tuesday said that SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP), a joint venture with Norway's Scatec, had secured financing for the expansion of two battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

The BESS facilities will be co-located with the Magat hydroelectric power plant in Isabela and the Binga hydroelectric plant in Benguet.
