Parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the effects of shear line, intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), and northeast monsoon (amihan).
In its 4 a.m., Feb. 18 weather forecast, state weather bureau Pagasa said that Isabela and Aurora in northern Luzon may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur due to possible heavy rains caused by the shear line.
