THE Philippines and Germany on Sunday committed to strengthen their military ties to address the security challenges around the world, particularly in the West Philippine Sea (WPS).
Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Public Affairs Office chief Col. Xerxes Trinidad said the commitment of closer military cooperation was reinforced following talks between the two countries' top military leaders in Munich, Germany.
