MANILA, Philippines — Ditching the usual blue, white, and gold, the NU Lady Bulldogs donned a new 'home' jersey with gray as its dominant color in their UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball opening game against the De La Salle Lady Spikers at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday.

The Lady Bulldogs won the match in straight sets, 25-23, 25-21, 25-18, to start their title defense before 16,624 fans at the venue.
