EASILY one of the best places to visit in Tarlac but is often taken for granted despite its numerous potentials is Ramos, dubbed the province's wedding capital.
Ramos, formerly named Bani, was a barrio of Paniqui town from 1878 to Dec. 31, 1920. On Jan. 1, 1921, Bani became a town and was renamed Ramos in memory of Gov. Alfonso Ramos who first initiated the creation of the town.
