Local absentee voting guidelines issued
THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has released the schedule and guidelines for Local Absentee Voting (LAV) for May's elections.
Under the guidelines, government officials and employees, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), as well as media practitioners, can vote ahead of election day on May 12.
