AyalaLand Logistics nets P701M in 2024

Consolidated revenues saw 48-percent growth to P5.2 billion from P3.51 billion as industrial lot sales hit P3.3 billion, driven by the Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental and increased completion of industrial estates.

The leasing business netted P1.8 billion in revenues, P761 million of which came from warehouses, P164 million from cold storage and P919 million from commercial leasing.
