THE junior basketball tournament of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) Season 100 unfurls on Feb. 24 at the FilOil EcoOil Center in San Juan City.

But this early, basketball fans and enthusiasts are looking forward to a finals rematch between powerhouse teams University of Perpetual Help System Dalta and defending champion Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
