TACLOBAN CITY — The Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) of Tacloban is fully supporting the Department of Social Welfare and Develop-ment's (DSWD) initiative to create a unified ID system for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
This new system aims to prevent the use of fake IDs, which have been hurting small businesses and restaurants, and to stop the abuse of privileges and benefits.
