CEBU CITY — The Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) dismissed 28 petitions from former Barangay Subangdaku captain Ernie Manatad, who sought to exclude 278 newly registered voters from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) list.
MTCC Branch 2 Judge Francis Ian Birondo ruled that Manatad failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove his claim that the voters were "fictitious and flying voters."
