WITH an impeachment trial looming against her, Vice President Sara Duterte skipped the proclamation rally of the PDP-Laban, whose senatorial candidates could spell the difference between conviction and acquittal.
The vice president's camp confirmed Thursday that she is currently out of the country on a family vacation and would not be present at the PDP-Laban proclamation rally.
