Schedule, guidelines for local absentee voting in May midterm polls out

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) officially announced the schedule and guidelines for Local Absentee Voting (LAV) for the 2025 National and Local Elections.

Government officials and employees, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), as well as media practitioners, will have the opportunity to cast their votes ahead of the May 2025 polls.
