IN the world today, sustainability is no longer optional, but a necessity, said Anchor Land Holdings President Elizabeth Ventura at The Manila Times Economic Forum held Wednesday at Dusit Thani in Makati with the theme, "Engineering Global Growth Acceleration."
In her message, Ventura noted the Philippines is now a top luxury real estate market with a developing infrastructure, growing tourism and increasing preference for smart and modern living.
