WE conclude the series of excerpts from "Mga Ibong Mandaragit," the novel of National Artist Amado V. Hernandez, which I translated as "The Preying Birds." It was published by Penguin Southeast Asia. It is selling well in local and overseas stores, making it possible for Hernandez's works to reach a global readership.
