LABOR Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma on Wednesday said that more than 1.7 million individuals have benefitted from the P10 billion Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) implemented in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Known as the Kabuhayan Program, it was composed of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) and Tulong Panghanap buhay sa Ating Disadvantage/Displaced Workers (Tupad) program.
