Duterte to hold rallies in rivals' bailiwicks as he endorses senatorial bets

MANILA, Philippines — Former president Rodrigo Duterte said that the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) would bring its senatorial campaign to the bailiwicks of its rivals such as Ilocos Norte and Bicol.

At the same time, the PDP-Laban chairman emeritus, took the opportunity to reiterate his claim that his successor, Ferdinand Marcos Jr., was a heroin user.
