CULION Foundation Human Resources and Administration Unit, in collaboration with the Committee on Health and Safety, hosted a Brown Bag Session titled "Promoting Mental Health in the Workplace," led by Milagros Cortez-Arevillaga, an associate professor from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Graduate School, Guidance and Counseling Department.
During the session, Arevillaga provided an in-depth exploration of the critical role of mental health in the workplace.
