MARIANO Marcos State University (MMSU) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the local government unit (LGU) of Burgos in Ilocos Norte to enhance the skills and teaching capabilities of local educators through the university's College of Industrial Technology (CIT) banner extension program.
Jerylvin Rabago of the MMSU office of strategic communication pointed out that under the CIT Upgrading for Career, Alternative and Lifelong Educators (Upscale), the project team will implement two projects.
