ISABELA State University (ISU) welcomed delegates of the South-North Intensive Program (SIP) 2025 with the theme "Bridging Education, Innovation and Sustainability through Global Collaboration" on Feb. 10 until Feb. 22, 2025.

ISU President Ricmar Aquino said the weeklong educational exchange was supported by Belgium's Province of West Flander Synergy Program, which started in 2018.
