A NEW generation of graduates, Generation Z (Gen Z), has joined the workforce, and with them, a new set of stereotypes that could lead to misunderstanding at the office or in the field.

Gen Zers, born from 1997 to 2012, have received the short end of the stick due to their young age or "misplaced gung-ho attitude." Seeming differences in attitude in work ethics or approaches to solving problems have led to common false impressions.
