Thousands affected by shear line in Mimaropa

(UPDATE) HEAVY rains brought by a shear line affected some 44,058 individuals in Palawan and Oriental Mindoro, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Tuesday.

A shear line is a convergence of warm and cool air.
