BAGUIO CITY — The Summer Capital has recorded 109 vehicular traffic accidents from Jan. 1 to Feb. 5 this year, the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) said on Monday.
The BCPO said the majority of the accidents were caused by driver's error followed by mechanical defects of motor vehicles.
