THE Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT 3) system administration is expecting a 33-percent passenger capacity increase by June this year once the "pocket rack extension" at the North Avenue Station is completed.
MRT 3 General Manager Oscar Bongon said they are expecting the "North Avenue turnback facility" to augment the ridership as the train capacity increases.
