MEMBERS of the House of Representatives accused of illegally inserting P241 billion in the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) would address the charges in a proper forum, officials said.

A complaint against the lawmakers was filed on Monday by Davao del Norte 1st District Rep. and former speaker Pantaleon Alvarez; senatorial aspirant Jimmy Bondoc; Ferdinand Topacio; Diego Magpantay, national president of the Citizen's Crime Watch; and retired brigadier general Virgilio Garcia.
