MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.7 tremor shook Cagayan province on Wednesday morning, according to an earthquake information from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

While aftershocks are not expected, damage to property would be possible, Phivolcs director Teresito Bacolcol said.
