CEBU CITY — Some 200 voters in Mandaue City will not be casting their ballots in the upcoming elections because their names have been removed from the official voters list.
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Mandaue City removed the names of these voters after confirming that they had passed away, transferred their registration to another locality, or had multiple records in the system, said Mandaue Election Officer Anna Fleur Gujilde.
