MANILA, Philippines — The state-run agency said on Tuesday that it has not monitored any tropical cyclone but the country would be experiencing scattered and isolated rains due to the three weather systems.

The convergence of the hot and cold air or shear line has been affecting Visayas, Bicol Region, Mimatopa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), Quezon, and Aurora where cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms would prevail, weather specialist Rhea Torres said.
