THE Bureau of Immigration's (BI) campaign against child exploitation is making headway with a notable decline in the number of foreign sex offenders attempting to enter the country.

Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado on Monday attributed the effectiveness of their campaign to the joint efforts of government offices involved in investigating and arresting pedophiles and traffickers.
