LAOAG CITY — The administration's Senate slate, under the banner of Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas (Alliance for a new Philippines), hit the ground running as it launched its campaign in Ilocos Norte on Tuesday, rallying support in the political stronghold of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his family.

President Marcos himself led the campaign kickoff at the province's centennial arena.
