ONE of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s priority projects, the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Program (4PH), was launched in September 2022 to achieve the goal of zero informal settlers by 2028. It encourages the private sector's partnership with local government units (LGUs) in implementing their approved local shelter plans (LSPs), reducing the 6.5-million housing shortage in the country.
