DEANNA Wong and Sisi Rondina look to have more composure in high-pressure moments in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference. The two Choco Mucho stars lifted each other up when they were playing in 'off rhythm' against Akari.Despite winning against the tough Chargers side, 25-21, 19-25, 25-23, 25-15, last Saturday, Wong and Rondina shared their assessment in their team's performance and was glad to pull through.'Like what coach (Dante Alinsunurin) said, we started off strong in the first set, then we relaxed in the other sets, gratefully we bounced back. Sisi was off, I was also off, Isa (Molde) was also off ... I think we were trying to be patient with each other, and help each other,' Wong told the press.Rondina, who is the go-to hitter of the Flying Titans admitted that she was also looking for a spark during the match against Akari.'We have a lot of mistakes earlier, and even I was mad to myself since I was the one who is playing with an off rhythm,' Rondina said.'Well I am just so grateful that we got back, and the team fought harder. So me, personally I was looking for that confidence, and I am grateful that I got back on how I usually approach the ball.'Rondina led the scoring for Choco Mucho with 18 points, while Wong orchestrated 11 excellent sets. With the Flying Titans holding a four-game winning spree, Choco Mucho's star playmaker Wong credited all her teammates.'It's all about teamwork, it's not about one person only. We should work together, and work towards our goal. We are happy since we are slowly reaching it. We are glad to have this,' she said.
