SEN. Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa on Sunday apologized to Akbayan Rep. Perci Cendaña for mocking his physical condition after the latter chided Vice President Sara Duterte for not taking seriously her impending impeachment trial.
In her press conference on Friday, Duterte shrugged off the impeachment bid against her, saying it 'is more painful being dumped by a boyfriend or a girlfriend than to be impeached by the House of Representatives.'
